The transCampus S2B seed funding in the field of life science aims at supporting joint project teams translating their research results into entrepreneurial activities. This transCampus S2B call intends to grant a total of 150,000 EUR seed funding for 2-3 projects to cover, in a flexible way, the cost for personnel costs, consumables, travel, and other direct costs. The number of projects is depending on how the review board judges the chances that the entrepreneurial objectives of the individual project proposal are achieved.
The leading applicant will be responsible for the coordination of the project work and billing. The financial support will be managed at the School of Medicine (TUD) within a cost centre (Kostenstelle) dedicated to the leading applicant.
The duration of the seed funding is limited to 12 months starting January 1st. No funding extension can be granted.
